How To Make Nutritious Nigerian Zobo Drink By Deborah Bala

Ingredients zobo , back of pineapple optional, back of orange optional , ginger, garlic, pepper soup spices, pepper, honey ( pls don't use sugar lets eat and drink healthy) cucumber. 

Wash the zobo leaves thoroughly with clean water to remove dirt , wash the pineapple also and cut into small chunks. Get a clean pot, put the zobo leaves, back of pineapple, back of orange, ginger, garlic, spices and water and allow to boil for 30minutes. Blend the pineapple with little pepper, and the black round spice( don't know the name) pour the paste into the pot. Cover and leave for 30 minutes. Sieve with a fine sieve or cheese cloth, add the diced cucumber and honey and store in the fridge.
