Why You Desperately Need Quail Eggs

Boiled quail eggs cooling in cold water.

Quail eggs are a delicacy and they are very healthy. They are an enriched source of anti-oxidants. The high level of anti-oxidants in quail eggs help in preventing age-related muscular degeneration.

Quail eggs strengthen the immune system and give relief from inflammatory diseases. Eating them with other foods contribute to brain development. For those who complain of higher libidos than their spouses, feed your spouse with
quail eggs and see a boost in their libido levels.

Quail eggs are very good for losing and maintaining body weight. They are very poor in calories, but rich in proteins and essential nutrients.
Quail eggs are recommended for regular consumption because they are a valuable source of vitamins, Iron, magnesium, copper, zinc, phosphorus, minerals and amino acids.

Chinese medical practitioners have been using quail eggs as a treatment for hundreds of years with great results. Experts in natural treatment claim that quail eggs have positive effects on people with stress problems, hypertension, blood pressure, depression, panic and anxiety illnesses. They increase growth, sexual appetite and brain function.

I tried taking raw eggs and threw up but for those who can, it is recommended that quail eggs be taken raw, with orange juice or tomato juice.
