Low in Calories - 100 grams of cooked cassava leaves only contains about 37 calories making it great for weight loss… and they just about fat free.

Wedding season is by far the busiest time
of year for The Caker. Below are a few of our favorite images of cakes
that we've done. As you can see we don't do anything too traditional, and our relaxed, contemporary style is what we've become known for.
Generally the biggest cake we can make will feed 80 people generously (which
will cost $550), as anything bigger than this gets too hard to
transport and cut into. If you are planning a wedding which is bigger
than this, you could either get one main display cake, and another
couple to have as service cakes in the kitchen, or you could get 2 or 3
beautiful cakes to have on display. We base our quotes on the size of
the cake so need to know how many people you need to feed in order to
give an accurate quote.
We steer clear of any sickly sweet fondant icing, and prefer to
use vanilla bean cream cheese icing which has a lovely texture and means
we can keep the sweetness in check. In our opinion, it's more important
for the cake to taste incredible than look inedible. We don't do any
over the top decorations and prefer to adorn simply with fresh flowers,
berries, crushed pistachios...things like that.
The most popular flavours for wedding cakes tend to be the gluten free flourless dark chocolate cake, orange almond and polenta, lemony almond or fig and raspberry. Either we can take care of the floral decoration for the cake/s, or you can arrange for your florist to put some flowers aside for us to use if you'd prefer for them all to be same.
Please email us at orders@Bitterkola70@gmail.com nz to enquire about ordering your wedding cake/s. Please provide the following information:

Naturally beautiful, wholesome cakes
We see cakes as the edible expressions of love
They can sometimes say what words can't. They bring people together. They are the defining symbols of celebration.
Our years of experimentation and absolute dedication to perfecting our
recipes are worth it when we witness someone taking that bite that makes
them close their eyes and feel delight. This is what we work for: to create cakes that confirm and even emphasise the beauty of a moment.
Our cakes are both better for the body and the taste buds
We love replacing white sugar and refined flours with ingredients like honey, maple, ground almonds and spelt flour, and using nut milks and coconut oil. These options lend a more complex flavour and make our cakes more moist and delicious. We never compromise on the quality of our ingredients, and swear by using organic free range eggs, pure NZ butter, organic unbleached stoneground flours, and the very best 70% cocoa Belgian chocolate.
Our aesthetic is based on a belief that natural is beautiful
Our cakes do not need the plastic distractions of food colouring or Barbie-bright buttercream. You will find no rainbow sprinkles here. We'd rather the beautiful little black flecks of vanilla bean, crushed pistachios, and drips of berry coulis. All of our cake decorations are natural – from our fresh flowers to our freeze-dried fruit scatters. Our belief truly is this: cakes need not look 100% preened, they need to be 100% delicious.

5 Amazing Health Benefits Of Eating Bitter Kola

When I wrote an earlier article on how to detoxify the body with a
glass of fresh lemon water every morning, I got overwhelming questions
in my inbox asking these two questions.
1. Can Lime be substituted For Lemon?
2. Does taking lemon water affect fertility in young women?
These questions will require a longer answer, hence I decided not to answer any of the questions in the comments section of my blog since it will require a whole article devoted to this very important subject.
I shall answer these questions, but first, I want us to look at the comparisons between these two important citrus fruits, Lemon and Lime.
We are looking at the comparisons based on their nutritional contents.
Now to answer the questions,
Question 1:
Can Lime be used instead of Lemon?
The difference between Lemon and Lime is just there nutritional values, there are more of these micro-nutrients in Lemon, than there is in Lime, however, you basically get all the nutrients, but in lesser quantity in Lime.
So yes, Lime can be used instead of Lemon where you don’t have access to any. However, it will be better to use 2 balls of Lime each time to add to your water as against using one of Lemon each morning.

- Lemons contain 26mg of Calcium per 100g, while Lime has 33mg per 100g
- Lemon has 11mcg of Folate per 100g while Lime has 8mcg of Folate per 100g
- Note: The presence of Folate is important during pregnancy for child bearing women and Lemon has more of it than Lime.
